MNC currently has Eleven Institutional Members (IM). Members of IMs are automatically members of MNC. IMs are entitled to send twelve delegates to the MNC Annual General Meeting to vote and deliberate on relevant issues. IM members are also eligible to contest for the posts in the MNC Supreme Council.

The entry Fee as an Institutional Member is RM200 with an annual subscription of RM100. Life membership is a one-off-payment of RM1,000
